This review is less about the heads, for the most part other than a couple that had issues with bristles falling out, they have been good. The problem is the delivery issues that I have had as of late. I am on a regular delivery order of eight heads for my eight family members. In July of 2023 I received six heads and after repeated attempts to rectify this order and receive the missing two heads I paid for I received no effort to take care of this except one email after having sent multiple and no action was taken. The next order I received the eight I paid for and then the latest order in January of 2024 I received two out of eight! Well, there are my two missing heads, but out of the last twenty-four heads I have received in the last three quarterly orders I have received sixteen. My hope is that these delivery issues are resolved or else I will have to look elsewhere to replace my electric toothbrushes.

I have no problem with the brush heads. The problem I have is I have tried to stop the automatic order take to someone twice and lo and behold here comes another shipment. So I have contested the last order with credit card company because I did not order them. So if you need some brush heads don't automatic order, or just call me i have extra.

I have been using your tooth brush for about a year. My first response on the brush heads was not very positive. The insert that connected to the tooth brush output shaft failed very early. It loosened and came out while brushing. In comparison to another major brand, they were very simply an inferior product. My next order, I found the blue lasted a reasonable period of time. Still not as long as the one I compared them to. But, on the positive side, your brush did a much better job of flossing and removing items between the teeth. So, the shorter life vs a much cleaner tooth. That is a winner.
