Received this as a gift not too long ago and it’s plugged in and the sanitizer lights up but the toothbrush was charging and didn’t work. Now it’s not charging at all.

So it didn’t take long to realize why this particular model was on sale for such a great price. There need to be holes in the plastic top over the toothbrushes. The inside gets dewy, and I’m worried it will make our toothbrushes mold. Wait until they update the model.

By comparison to the Philips Sonicare, which I'd used for decades, it's underpowered, offering half as many strokes per minute. That may account for the light weight of the handle, but the tradeoff isn't necessarily a good one. Granted, tens of thousands of strokes per minute is far better than brushing with an ordinary toothbrush, but it's still like getting (and paying for) a Miata, instead of a Maserati.
