Um, it's a... toothbrush. It's the only toothbrush that fits (unlike Philips devices that have multiple vendors making compatible toothbrushes that do the same job for less). So, even if I hated it (which I don't), there's not a lot to say besides, well... it's a toothbrush head that fits my Acteh toothbrush body and lets me brush my teeth.
I was going to subscribe and have Acteh send me a toothbrush head at regular intervals, but the shipping cost made it a thoroughly ridiculous choice. So I bought enough to last a year... and avoid the cost of shipping which, needless to say, is free when ordering replacement heads from places like Amazon or Walmart which, of course, don't sell Acteh-compatible replacements which, also of course, are only available from Acteh which, again of course, knows it's gotcha by the gnoogies.
When my Acteh toothbrush body dies its natural death, I'm gonna go with "the big boys" because, though the upfront cost will be higher, the long-term cost of replacement heads will make the investment cheaper.

Compared to a brand name toothbrush this has no features but the power and vibration handle works well and is durable.
