At over 7 dollars a head I won't be ordering many more. I paid 28+ and got 4 heads. Also when you order off the website it automatically sets you up for auto renewal.

I have never received the order!!!! It still shows "USPS is awaiting receipt of item." I was charged on 7/24/25 but still have not received the item. There is no way to contact Customer Service. This is a rip-off, don't order from them.

Wrong color was sent. I ordered black and white was sent.

It took over a month to complete with NO communication. I can only assume the heads were on backorder however I have to assume since, as I said, there was no communication ( yes I did email a few a weeks after ordering to find out)

I ordered on May 26th and have not received a shipping notification yet. I have left them a voicemail, sent an email and contacted the customer service twice without a response from them. I dont care what color I receive, I just want the toothbrush heads or a refund. Don't buy from their website!

I placed the order on April 20. I received the order on May 9. That's an unreasonable length of time to receive the order since I'm really use to Amazon next day delivery.

I am complaining because I ordered a pack of 4 toothbrush heads and 3 individual heads but only received 3 and they were not the colors I requested. I already complained about it before and no one has gotten in touch me so far. I would like my money back for the ones I did not receive!

I ordered a four pack of different colors. I got four purple, which defeats the purpose of getting a four pack of different colors.

Not happy! I paid for 7 toothbrush heads only to get free shipping. I only received 3 they were not even the colors I ordered. A pack of 4 with all different colors was not in the envelope nor is there enough room in this envelope for them!

Well I paid for 7 toothbrush heads only because you had to have a certain dollar amount for free shipping. I ended up with 3 and they were all purple which they were only supposed to be 2 purple. Pack of 4 is missing envelope was sealed and there wasn’t even room for 4 more in there!

The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I didn't get the four color package that I ordered. I got just the 2 color package. I've been a happy customer for years.

I would appreciate it if someone from the company would get back to me about my incorrect order. I sent five emails and no RESPONSE !! This is the second time I have ordered a specific color and they just send me what they wanted too. The reason I ordered specific color is because I share it with someone and that way the brushes don’t get mixed up!!

The replacement brushes I purchased are as comfortable if not not more so than the ones that came with the handle.

Working well so far! I've had this toothbrush for a while and like it very much.

I finally found the website to order the new toothbrushes that I have been needed. I order the 4pk + 3 separate individual colors. The NEW brush feels great and so good as my original brush was waning. I was also happy to see that the brushes FIT ALL Acteh toothbrushes ... PERFECT!

The brush bristles get frayed too quick! Do not last nearly as long as they should!
